Modern Arabian Horse is a complete re-launch of AHA’s flagship publication.
The new tag, “For people who love Arabian horses” signals the increased
focus on the broad spectrum of Arabian horse fans and the many ways they are
personally involved with this special and ancient breed.
The new magazine’s goals are to better serve the membership and the organization.
It will maintain a stronger editorial to ad ratio and broaden it’s advertising
base. In-depth articles delve into equine subjects, such as genetics, and controversial
subjects, such as the issue of slaughtering unwanted horses. Lighter articles
profile people and go behind the scenes at shows and the track. Many points in
the magazine solicit feedback from readers, including a light-hearted members’ photo
page and a department for first-person stories.
